Rosa Parks is an Environmental Science Magnet school in the Berkeley Unified School District in Berkeley, California. Equipped with a science lab, educational garden, and dedicated, professional and talented faculty and staff, students at Rosa Parks benefit from a curriculum enriched with access to science and nature.

Corporate Matching

 You can double or triple your contribution to the Rosa Parks PTA by taking advantage of your corporate match benefit.

Many companies, both large and small, will match donations made by their employees. It only takes a few minutes to find the requirements of your company. 

4 easy steps for completing your corporate match:

  1. Make a donation the Rosa Parks PTA. You can do this by donating to the Annual Fund or  Read-A-Thon.

  2. Find out if your employer matches donations by using the Charity Navigator Search Tool to see if your employer is listed and what their requirements are. If your employer is not found, please contact your HR department as not all matching programs are listed (especially for smaller employers).

  3. Match your contribution by following your company’s instructions. Our Tax ID# is 94-3298267

Volunteer Hour Matches

Volunteer-match programs are offered by a number of generous companies in support of employees who volunteer their time with charitable organizations. Caregivers of such companies can submit their time spent volunteering for the Rosa Parks PTA. Once verified, companies then send a matching hourly-rate donation for the volunteer time worked.
